I'd like to give a huge thumbs up to Jamie and his team at Power Properties. I was referred to him by a friend and my goodness, the professionalism. I work out of town and did not get a chance to meet Jamie personally, but we were able to get the paperwork sorted digitally (which I am a huge fan of) and everything else required to get the ball rolling for my condo while I was away.

Very happy with the services I received from Power Properties. Been with them for over 3 years now. They managed two of my properties with professionalism and a well-organized process. Being overseas, all our communications has been via email. They are responsive and always address my concerns and questions. I really like their online system, where all the documents and monthly statements are posted, make it very easy to keep track on everything that happened on my properties.
