Building Homes with Habitat for Humanity

On November 6, 2024, the Power Properties team joined forces with Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta for a build day at Livingston 24, Habitat’s latest affordable housing project in Calgary’s northeast community of Livingston. This new development, which will provide much-needed housing for local families, includes four buildings with six two-story units each, creating a welcoming community for hard-working families looking for a place to call home.
Supporting Affordable Housing in Calgary
This year, we’re proud to announce that our total contributions to Habitat for Humanity have reached an incredible $40,000. This achievement is made possible by the steadfast commitment of our tenants and clients, who contribute $1 monthly, and our team members, who donate $5 each month. Power Properties matches every dollar raised, ensuring that all contributions are donated to Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta for essential expenses—such as land costs, building materials, and contractor fees—for impactful projects like Livingston 24.
